Searching for a house was not easy as I was new to the area and did not really know what I wanted. Jo was very patient and helped narrow the search until we finally found a property that not only fulfilled my needs, but exceeded my expectations.
Jo worked on my behalf to negotiate favorable contracts. This was especially difficult with the resort purchase as the terms were much more complex. In addition, I was out of the country for part of the negotiations and Jo had to keep the process moving with communication being very difficult at times. Jo also provided a list of reputable attorneys and companies to choose from regarding the home inspections and surveys.
